Manufacturers make thousands of guitars, 90 percent of them are excellent, the occasional 10 percent need extra work as the wood may not be the best or its been exposed to a non harmoneous enviroment, we can fix necks with carbon fibre spline / refrets and other methods, but, sometimes its easier just to replace the neck.
In this instance the neck has a severe twist, reasons could be many, we have elected with conversation with the owner to replace the neck with a freshly made new one.
Time to repair approx 8 hrs over 5 days (glue drying times)
The radius is also checked, we defret the neck at this stage as well, the radius was found to be 12 inch.
