Attach the manilla folder and allow to dry.
And re-apply our cut segmented pieces onto the glue, also apply the glue to the sides of the wood pieces.
Allow to dry overnight.
As each piece of wood is 0.8mm thick, it has no back support to hold the shape, so we glue the wood to a piece of manilla folder.
I prepare my story board with some glue.
Once dry, we apply glue this time to the manilla folder.
We repeat the pattern with Padauk.
Using our circle cutter, we start scribing our lines.
Do this for the inner and outer edges of the rosette.
Simply peel away the inside and the outside sections.
We are left with our rosette.
With a razor blade we release the rosette from our MDFsStory board.
The same process can be done with shell veneer.
