Plenty of clamps and allow to dry for 24hrs
Flip it over and do a setup and test play, I like to leave it for a day or so in full tension
Time to refit our binding, so guitar goes onto a sled
Make sure the router bearings match our new binding
Route away
Job done
With some glue we re-attach the binding
24 hrs later, remove binding tape and we start finish work
Smooth sand everything, braces, reinforcement strip, edges etc
Some titebond glue around the perimeter of the kerfing.
After 24hrs, remove clamps
We Start the refinishing process with shellac to seal the pores and grain of the wood

Back to the bandsaw and cut to shape
Then 6 coats of clear lacquer

Buff and Finished
