Once happy with the end shape, we wet sand the bevel with 1000 grit.
Superglue gel is good for bonding plastic to wood.
Hold the glued piece in place for 2 minutes with just finger pressure
Remove all protective tape from the body, Job done.

Using our 220 grit bridge sander, we sand a beveled edge
Test fit, back and forth sanding and test fitting until desired shape is achieved
