With some magnets

This allows us to draw with pencil our new brace

Looking at the back for reference of brace design

And up front under the fingerboard

We trim some mahogany to size on the bandsaw, we are using mahogany as the manufacturer has used mahogany.

Sand to thickness

Just on 10mm

We identify that radius with premade cauls

I apply some low tack tape above the area where the missing brace is

We trace and mark out the inner braces that are still there

Pencil some marks on the underside

The top of the guitar shows its not flat but has an arch to it.

And shape to the desired radius on a sanding dish
