Sanded and tapered
The brace also needs to slip into these notches in the kerfing
So we make sure our outer edge is of an appropriate thickness
Some titebond glue
And slide the brace into place
Clamp for 24hrs
After 24hrs we remove clamps
Mirror shows new brace in place
Belt sander to shape the cutaways.
Disc sander for tapering brace
Again back on top for reference
String it back up and job done.
And trace a design similar to the ones found in the guitar
