Flat sand with 220 grit on a backing block
Shellac the headstock to prep it for painting
We paint the headstock with 6 coats of clear lacquer
Reverse Drill the head plate for the machine heads

Wipe excess araldite away, allow to dry 6hrs before commencing any finish work.
With some leather stain, we even the colour out
We mix some araldite with some builders colouring .

Drill and fit truss rod cover
