How to Inlay
So lets start with some mother of pearl blank sheets
Place the inlays on the fretboard, so you can get a visual indication of whats going on, and an idea of what you will need to do

You can see they fit between the frets easily and the original fret markers at no12 are still visible so they will need to be removed and filled with some rosewood
Place some tape over the fretboard and draw your centreline down through the fretboard
Measure between the frets and find the centre and mark accordingly

This guitar has a standard pearl dot inlay, we are going to replace these with block inlay's.

Approximate time to do a repair like this is around 3hr's.
