Then we cut the oversized thread.

Insert fitted.

Seated and low,

Fitting a second insert adds stability to the trem bar, It also firms it up, if you want a true trem, where it drops under its own weight, just use one, if you want the trem to sit where you put it, use two.

Re-assemble the trem.

Test fit arm.

String her up and test play.

Strip the trem down complelty of its components

Using drill in kit, we drill out the hole to the new size.

Time to fit the insert, the insert will adapt the hole back to a 10-32

It comes with all tools / drills and new thread inserts.
