Route to desired depths
Use a decent sized router, this is a 1/2 inch plunge router
Remove the template, flip the wood over.
Affix the new routing template
Again route the locations and then remove template
Using a bandsaw cut the perimeter of the pencil line.
Rough cut body
Using a bobbin sander, we clean up the outer bandsaw marks
One completed body.
You can now either route the edges for binding or shape the edges for comfort and add reliefs for waist and arms
