Drill just above the marked line, remember the line is the gap not the centre point of the pin hole
Remove the tape and we have clean holes central to each other
Press fit the machine head into place.
Fit washer and collar on the opposite side
Tighten to firm
Repeat
Job done
These fender machine heads have two location lugs.
Process to fit is the same, just mark out two sets of lines down the centre with respect to the machine head.

The pin is 2.45mm
Set a drill stop (yellow bit) against the existing pin.
Repeat
Pen a mark over the indent.
