Using our top being made, the ball goes on the underside and is attracted vee the magnetic field from the probe
Placing the unit onto our guitar
The ball is placed inside under the top (as viewed with the mirror)
And our first measurement is 3.02mm

I set up an Ipad for readability.

So we have to use a special measuring device from Mag-ic
We need to know how deep the damage is, so we use a depth gauge

Placing it on the guitar, we have a deviation of 0.24mm
