Freehand draw a second line about 50mm outboard of our paint.
Bit of scrap dowel and a spade bit to match.
I spade a hole into each end
Bandsaw the inner and outer wood away
Lightly shape with a bobbin sander or what have you.
And we have one mold 000-18M sized.
To make sure it clamps neatly, I glue a piece of dowel onto one half of the mold.
Like so, repeat for the other end.
I spray and allow to dry for an hr.
And we have our desired inner shape
Before I split it apart again, I want some location lugs.
Some simple latch clamps from hardware store $8.35 for a pair
P2
Drilled and fitted to each end

One fully functional and complete unit
