Flat surface and some sandpaper and sand excess saddle material away.
Drop our pickup element into place.
Refit the saddle and string back up.
Before we fit the pre-amp back into place, clip the loose wires onto the soundboard electrical holder and then double side it onto the inside of the top
Fit pre-amp back into the sides.
Peel away our low tack tape.
Push the pre-amp fully home and pre drill the mounting holes.
Fit all 4 screws.
Remove the saddle for fitment of the piezo pickup element.
Laying the element on the saddle we can see how much material needs to be removed from the bottom of the saddle to retain original string height.
We drill a cable access hole for out pickup element.
One fitted unit.
Input jack finished
Tune up and test play.
