The E Flat (Red circle) has a large gap between the Hinge tube and the Support post
The C Key (Green Circle) end gap is actually pretty good, the contact however is not square.

Using a set of post facers we can clean up the mating face internally where the screw head bottoms out, this allows the screw to project further out of the post
Some solder work and alignment and bell attached.

Before I start the bell kework, I remove all keys and prep for refitment of the bell

Cleaned (ultrasonic bath) and installed to my assembly jig

Bell E-Flat and C Key
These two keys sit together between two sets of posts attached to the body, they are located with Pivot screws
Due to the excessive gap, the E Flat key was extended as per Repair 7.
The C Key was squared up and lengthened using Repair 2.
